Question 1

What items do you remove?

Accepted Answer

That’s Rubbish handles enquiries for general rubbish, household rubbish, furniture, garage and house cleanouts, green waste, appropriate construction and renovation rubbish, commercial rubbish and end-of-lease cleanouts. Exact item acceptance is confirmed after review.

Question 2

How much does rubbish removal cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the items, approximate volume, access, location and other job details. No pricing has been supplied, so request a quote for an assessment rather than relying on an unconfirmed estimate.

Question 3

Do I need to move the rubbish outside?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Tell the team where the items are located and describe stairs, lifts, narrow access or parking considerations so the work can be assessed properly.

Question 4

Can I send photos for a quote?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The quote form accepts up to three JPG, PNG or WebP photos. Clear photos can help the team understand the type and approximate amount of material involved.

Question 5

Do you remove furniture?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Furniture removal is one of the main enquiry categories. Include the furniture type, quantity, location and access details so the work can be reviewed.

Question 6

Do you remove green waste?

Accepted Answer

Green waste removal enquiries are welcome. Describe the material and approximate amount so That’s Rubbish can confirm item acceptance and availability.
